All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed through our fulfillment partners and shipped via Canada Post or other reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Auren Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
