1. Returns

 


We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be returned with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Auren Collective is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note:

 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order on https://aurencollective.com

 

 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

 


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@aurencollective.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

 

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 


Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
