Shipping Policy – Auren Collective

 

1. Order Processing

 


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Please note:

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times (within Canada):

 

  • Standard Shipping (Canada Post): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

 


We partner primarily with Canada Post, but may also use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or Purolator when faster delivery is required.

 

 

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


You can always check the status of your shipment using the tracking link in your email or by contacting us at info@aurencollective.com.

 

 

 

4. International Shipping

 


At this time, we ship primarily within Canada.

If you are located outside of Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at info@aurencollective.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

 

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 


Auren Collective is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

 

6. Delays

 


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as:

 

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs processing

 


Auren Collective is not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

 

 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aurencollective.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.


If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with tracking or replacement.
