•  Free delivery: Available on all orders within Canada

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners. We currently ship within Canada only.

 

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery. The estimated shipping time is approximately 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

 

Possible Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to three additional business days.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@victoria-boutique.com.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@victoria-boutique.com and include clear photos of the issue.

 

We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
