Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@victoria-boutique.com immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

 

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs. You will receive either a replacement or a full refund once the item has been received and verified.
