Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VICTORIA BOUTIQUE. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product, or if you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@victoria-boutique.com within 5 days of receiving the product, quoting your order number. For damaged items, please attach a photo of the item. We’ll let you know how to return the item.

REFUNDS

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements of our returns policy. If the item is approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
